Integrative Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that encompasses various approaches to improving our current condition including hypnosis, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), working with the mind and body, personal coaching and more.
A key part of my training and what I do is using techniques developed from practical neuroscience.
