As an integrative life coach my work is enabling people to improve their lives using a variety of methods dependent on the clients needs.
I have a particular interest in mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, depression and rumination.
Each client is unique and sessions are tailored to what most benefits the client.
Much of my work uses techniques developed from practical neuroscience. This approach can be a highly effective and fast way to change habits and behaviours for the long term.
There are multiple additional benefits which can be experienced from our work including improved sleep, seeing and appreciating things in life which previously had gone unnoticed, discovering how things in life which you previously found annoying no longer are, etc.
I have studied with highly reputable British and American schools with different approaches giving me a broader spectrum of knowledge and tools to best suit each client.
